Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 September 2026
This policy explains what this website collects and why, and describes the behaviour of the site accurately.
Who we are
This site is operated by Cruscale, registered in Morocco at Rabat. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact privacy@cruscale.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the access request form, we receive the name, organisation, email address, and message you enter. We do not ask for anything else, and the site does not build a profile of you.
The site does not run advertising trackers, and it does not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Why we hold it
We use the details from an access request solely to respond to that enquiry and to discuss whether our products or services fit your requirement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you initiated, and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for 24 months, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Storage on your device
This site stores one value in your browser's local storage: your answer to the cookie consent prompt, so we do not ask again on every visit. Nothing that measures or identifies you runs unless you accept. See the Cookie Policy for detail.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@cruscale.com.
Cruscale is established in Morocco, so processing is governed by Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, supervised by the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP). If you are in Morocco and are unsatisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the CNDP.
If you contact us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we handle your enquiry to the standard those rules expect, and you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Hosting and transfers
This website is served by Vercel Inc., whose infrastructure sits outside Morocco. Delivering a page necessarily means that provider processes the request, including your IP address. Enquiry details you send us are therefore transferred outside Morocco, and such transfers fall under the cross-border provisions of Law 09-08.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
